this is a painting i completed from a statuette of a foo lion, or guardian lion.

While these are traditionally in pairs, I purchased this one by itself. I don't know if it has an actual mate, but I hope to get prints made that feature this lion paired up in 2 directions, for the sake of symmetry and completion.
